  • Can I make changes to the products in the gift boxes?
    As we design each product in the gift boxes specifically for themes, we cannot change the contents of the box.
  • How can I pay for my order?
    You can pay with Credit Card/Debit Card and Wire Transfer/EFT payment options that appear on the payment page
  • When will my order be shipped or Delivered?
    We ship your orders on the same day with the standard shipping option until 15:30 on weekdays. We ship the orders placed with the standard shipping option after 15:30 on the next business day. We deliver the products you want to be delivered to the place you want with the courier service.
  • What should I do if I find out that there is a missing, faulty or wrong product after receiving my order?"
    For the exchange of missing, damaged or defective products that were received unnoticed during delivery, our Customer Services department, which you can reach between 09:00 and 18:00 on weekdays, will request you to send a photo showing the damage or defect of the product. If it is determined that there is no consumer-related error as a result of the examination, the products will be exchanged if they are available in our stocks. In the invoices issued on behalf of the company, exchange or refund can be made with the return invoice of the purchasing company. he FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
